Client Support Specialist

You will be responsible for:

customer support by phone, email, and real-time messaging;

customer consultation emails in the fields of commerce and financial services;

electronic verification of commercial project applications and activation of services;

verification and registration of new customers in the system.

From you we expect intrinsic motivation and:

very good computer skills and fast typing (touch typing ~ 230 characters per minute would be an advantage, and determination to learn it would be a necessity);

excellent knowledge of English and Russian;

experience in customer service (an advantage);

knowledge of other foreign languages (an advantage).
