Client Support Specialist - Evenings and Weekends (0.75-1.0)

What you will do:

Communicate with existing clients from Lithuania and other countries around the world by phone, email, and real-time chat;

Advise clients on e-commerce and financial services;

Review e-commerce project applications and activate services;

Verify the identity of new clients and register them in the system.

Excellent computer skills and fast typing – it will help you to communicate effectively and efficiently with our clients;

Proficiency in English and Russian – it will help you to understand the client's enquiry or problem correctly;

Communication skills – it will help you communicate with the client and respond to their queries;

Attentiveness and thoroughness – it will ensure that the data provided by the client can be entered into the system without errors;

Experience in customer service (this would be an advantage);

Knowledge of other foreign languages (this would be an advantage) – it will help you to communicate with clients from different countries.
