What you will do:

coordinate the IT and non-IT recruitment process in Lithuania and abroad, including candidate sourcing and attraction, preparation of job ads, setting and conducting interviews;

maintain communication with recruitment agencies/partners when needed;

work closely with hiring managers to establish requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process; 

administration of the candidate database and related documentation, maintaining reports and trackers;

develop and maintain close collaboration with the HR Team and employees;

support the HR team with other projects and responsibilities as required.

What we expect:

at least 2 years of experience with a full cycle of recruitment – experience with IT recruitment would be considered a strong advantage; 

people-oriented, a can-do and result-driven approach;

ability to build and effectively manage relationships;

strong interpersonal and organisational skills, eager to learn, and a great team player;

excellent knowledge of English (knowledge of Russian would be considered an advantage).
