Training Coordinator

What you will do:

clarification of internal and external training needs;

coordination of the employee training process, information collection and submission to audits;

supervision, coordination, and execution of the onboarding process of new employees;

creation, maintenance, and updating of the internal e-learning system;

organisation, coordination, and conduction of internal company training;

preparation and updating of educational materials;

preparation, implementation, and improvement of the employee performance indicators process;

perform analysis on the ongoing training and suggest improvements;

preparation of reports related to training, constant communication;

support the HR team with other projects and responsibilities as required.

What we expect:

at least 2 years of experience in coordinating training processes;

experience in conducting and/or organising training;

higher education;

excellent knowledge of Lithuanian and English;

knowledge of Russian language;

good communication, presentation, and analytical skills;

learning agility – up-to-date training techniques;

project management and time management;

independence, organisation, communication, and initiative;

ability to work in a team and solve problems effectively.
