Social Media & Community Specialist

As our Social Media & Community Specialist, you will be responsible for managing our company's online reputation and social media presence. You will be the voice of our brand online and will work closely with our marketing and client support teams to ensure that our online presence reflects our company values and goals. We are on the lookout for individuals who are committed to self-improvement and are not afraid to employ innovative AI tools in their daily work to drive progress.

What you will do:

Create and execute a social media content calendar that aligns with our marketing and business goals;

Monitor and engage with our online community across all social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube;

Manage online reviews and respond to customer feedback on review sites, such as Google, Trustpilot, etc.;

Monitor and respond to online comments and inquiries in a timely and professional manner;

Develop and execute strategies to improve our online reputation and manage negative feedback.

Expect to perform routine daily tasks using ChatGPT or a similar tool to enhance efficiency and productivity.

What we expect:

A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field;

At least 1 year of experience in social media management or community management;

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal;

Excellent English and Lithuanian language skills, both written and verbal;

Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices;

Eager to learn and understand our products and services;

Common sense and a positive attitude;

Previous experience in fintech or a related field would be an advantage.

Proven familiarity and experience with AI tools like ChatGPT and other technologies, demonstrating a capability to seamlessly integrate these into daily tasks.
